| Rafting Pacuare River |
Today we will meet you outside the airport and we will travel to the area of Turrialba. Here you will get a good night rest at the Casa Turire hotel with excellent views of the smoking Turrialba Volcano. (Meals: Dinner)
Day 2 ----- Raft Pacuare River & Travel to Arenal (Casa Luna Hotel)
After breakfast we will make our way to one of the top 5 most scenic rivers on the planet rated by National Geographic. We will spend the day whitewater rafting and enjoy a river lunch and some waterfall hikes. The river will be running low in Feb but still a great run and very scenic as we will be passing primary rainforest from start to finish. After the rafting we will make the drive to the Arenal volcano where our final destination will be the Casa Luna Lodge where dinner will be waiting for us. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
Day 3 ----- Zipline & Canyoneering (Casa Luna Hotel)
Today we will enjoy a full day of adventure as we take you on the most amazing zipline in all of Costa Rica. With over 70 different ziplines in the country this one is still our favorite for it's scenery, length and height of cables, and it happens to be the safest operated which is always important. After the ziplining we will make our way to the Canyoneering adventure which is a great way to be immersed in nature. The idea will be to make our way down a tropical canyon getting completely wet and when we arrive to waterfalls we hook up and rappel down. In the evening we will head back to the hotel to enjoy a farewell dinner. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
Day 4 ----- Travel to San Jose Airport & Fly Home!
Today we will transfer you back to the San Jose airport which is around a 2 1/2 hour drive so a flight around noon or after usually works best for this itinerary. (Meals: Breakfast)
